Rob Lane.

Rob started as a consultant at Conrad Ritblat & Co after graduating from Reading University but spent most of his career at Terrace Hill (now Urban & Civic plc) and latterly at Citygrove. Working closely with a variety of larger funding partners in the UK Rob has sourced and developed over 20 schemes with a £2 billion end value . Many of these developments helped establish Terrace Hill’s early reputation for quality and performance as a respected UK property developer.

Simon Hawkins.

Simon completed 12 years working for Terrace Hill /Urban & Civic in the North of the UK specialising in occupier led retail and leisure developments. Simon has been directly responsible for successfully securing planning consents, funding and delivering proposals on more than 1 million sq ft of retail and leisure space with and end value of approximately £275m, across a dozen sites.Simon covers the Northern half of the Uk at Premcor and is involved across all sectors.
