Current Projects.

Premcor are actively considering a wide number of new opportunities across the uk.In the North there is a focus on opportunistic development sites across all sectors and a skill set that can quickly assess retail leisure and hotel opportunities where there are pre-letting requirements for new schemes. Premcor can self-finance site acquisitions through the planning stage and consider forward sales of the  investment to finance the construction.

Projects in London and the South east will be a combination of larger scale schemes acting as partner and development mangers with substantial, reliable funding partners and opportunistic planning led situations.
