Current Projects.

Premcor are actively considering a wide number of new opportunities across the uk.In the North there is a focus on opportunistic development sites across all sectors and a skill set that can quickly assess retail leisure and hotel opportunities where there are pre-letting requirements for new schemes. Premcor can self-finance site acquisitions through the  planning stage and consider forward sales of the  investment to finance the construction .In 2018 Premcor have invested in two new development proposals.

Projects in London and the South east will be a combination of larger scale schemes acting as partner and development mangers with substantial, reliable funding partners and opportunistic planning led situations.

Premcor have invested in two schemes in 2018 both of which are at the stage of seeking appropriate planning consents .

Hampton Court Station

A proposed riverside development of 90 residential units, an 84 bedroom hotel and retail space.The development will involve a refurbishment of Hampton Court station ,the station forecourt and  a new network rail car park.The proposals are at planning stage and if supported by the local authority will offer a well thought through design solution to what has proven to be a very sensitive site.

Woburn and Bedford Court site, Croydon

A major residential regeneration site adjacent to Croydon centre equidistant between East and West Croydon stations.The site is at planning stage and has potential for between 500 and 700 units in a phased scheme designed either for the rental ,sale or affordable housing markets.
