These are generally for ungeared acquisitions where rapid deployment of funds are required and will often be situations where more conventional structured or loan finance is not an obvious solution. Premcor also have funds available for joint ventures with landowners for detailed design and planning work to advance schemes through to deliverable, consented opportunities.
We also target larger speculative and pre let schemes which have the right market profile and potential returns to be of interest to larger financial investors and institutions who are in the market for opportunities which require development, planning and construction skills which they may not normally have in house. Premcor rely on working with these trusted financial partners who have the capacity to fund larger proposals with the objective of either developing to trade or retain completed investments.
