A selection of developments completed by the Premcor directors in the Industrial and Logistics sector. The individual directors were responsible for originating, managing and delivering the strategy on these schemes from start to finish.

Catalyst, Sheffield Business Park

Premcor have recently acquired this very well located 18 acre site which is the last remaining plot on the Sheffield business park directly adjacent to Sheffield Parkway and the highly successful Advanced Manufacturing Park. In joint venture with Peveril Securities ,Catalyst will be developed as  a mixture of  industrial and logistics units totalling 285,000 sq ft in a landscaped parkland setting. The site has outline planning consent, designs are being submitted with construction work scheduled to commence in the third quarter 2021.

Redditch Industrial for John Lewis

A centralised distribution facility of 240,000 sq. ft constructed speculatively across two buildings and let to John Lewis. A Terrace Hill project in JV with Stoford.

Decimus Industrial park, Tunbridge Wells

A 300,000 sq. ft new build industrial estate with units ranging from 5000 to 25,000 sq. ft, all units built speculatively and sold or leased within 9 months of completion.

New Industrial Scheme at Doncaster

Premcor are contracted to bring forward a 50 acres site at Doncaster in 2021 for an industrial warehouse development of up to 900,000 sq ft.
