A comprising a 350,000 sq ft prime City of London Grade A office and retail development working with La Salle IM. Planning consent has been received, the scheme completed Q3 2020. A Citygrove DM project secured and run by Rob Lane.

Howick Place, Victoria SW1.

An office led mixed-use development close to Victoria Station in a joint venture with Doughty Hanson. 135,000 sq ft of office space, 23 private residential apartments, 10 affordable units. Terrace Hill project.

49 - 51 Conduit Street.

A complete redevelopment of a 1960’s office building to provide new prime retail and office space on the corner of Savile Row and Conduit Street. 24,000 sq ft of office space, 8,000 sq ft of prime retail space. Terrace Hill project.
