Rob and Simon spent most of their careers working in the UK commercial development sector for other companies and subsequently set up Premcor, to be as an adaptable and opportunistic development company with a tight dynamic executive capable of reacting quickly to opportunities and product demands.
Rob started his career in development consultancy at Conrad Ritblat and Co after graduating from Reading University. He was a director at Terrace Hill developments (now Urban and Civic) for 20 years and Citygrove prior to founding Premcor.
Simon was also a senior director at Terrace Hill for 12 years responsible for the developments programme in the North of England.
