Fronting Sheffield Parkway, an 18-acre site acquired off-market in March 2021 with outline consent for industrial development – part of former Sheffield Airport site. Scheme forward sold to Mirastar, KKR Real Estate’s industrial and logistics platform in Europe in September 2023. Fifty per cent of the scheme, Units 1 and 3, were pre-let for industrial and logistics use at practical completion.

Site acquired by Whitbread in February 2024 for an undisclosed sum for use as a Premier Inn. Construction targeted for completion in Autumn 2026

A new 71-bed Premier Inn Hotel for Keswick in Cumbria which is designed in local materials sympathetic to its setting within one of the main Lake District National Park towns. Completed Jan 2023.
