60 London Wall

 An office led mixed-use development close to Victoria Station in a joint venture with Doughty Hanson. 135,000 sq ft of office space, 23 private residential apartments, 10 affordable units. Terrace Hill project  (A TH project).

Howick Place, Victoria SW1

A complete redevelopment of a 1960’s office building to provide new prime retail and office space on the corner of Savile Row and Conduit Street. 24,000 sq ft of office space, 8,000 sq ft of prime retail space. Terrace Hill project. ( A TH project)

49 - 51 Conduit Street

A proposed riverside development of 100 residential units, an 84 bedroom hotel and retail space, including the refurbishment of Hampton court station and car park

Hampton Court Station  

A major residential regeneration site adjacent to Croydon centre equidistant between East and West Croydon stations. The site is at planning stage and has potential for approximately 500 residential units including commercial and community uses.

Woburn and Bedford Court Site, Croydon 

Premcor acted as development and planning advisors to the owners of a landmark site opposite East Croydon station. The consented site was sold and has been developed by Greystar as a 500 unit modular build PRS scheme

George street 

A new Premier Inn Hotel for Keswick in Cumbria which is designed in local materials sympathetic to its setting within one of the main Lake District National Park towns. Investment sold to CBREGI.

A new 60,000 sq ft out of town for a new retail scheme with Aldi, Home Bargains, Iceland and Starbucks. 

Durham 

A 350 bed Hampton Inn adjacent to terminal 1 Stansted Airport ( A TH project)

Hampton Inn 

A mixed use scheme including a nine screen Vue cinema, a Premier Inn, multi storey car park and  various bars and restaurants.

Feethams Darlington 

A new 100,000 sq ft Sainsburys superstore ( a TH Project)

Sunderland, Sainsburys

A new Sainsburys superstore including drive through  restaurants and new local football stadium.( A TH project)

County Durham - Sainsburys, KFC, Marstons.

A new 222 bed Hotel in the heart of one of Manchesters key regeneration areas. Work is scheduled to start in Spring 2023

Manchester 

Premcor are contracted to bring forward a 50 acres site at Doncaster for an industrial warehouse development of up to 900,000 sq ft.

Doncaster

A 300,000 sq. ft new build industrial estate with units ranging from 5000 to 25,000 sq. ft, all units built speculatively and sold or leased within 9 months of completion.

Decimus park

A centralised facility of 240,000 sq ft built speculatively and let to John Lewis and the investment sold ( A TH Project)

Redditch

Next to Amazons RDC a 3 unit 400,000 sq ft development which has recently been granted planning consent

Fabric

A new 370,000 square foot warehouse distribution unit is being developed with Barwood Capital. The project is due for completion Autumn 2023.

Nottingham

Catalyst Sheffield business Park - Adjacent to Sheffield Parkway, Premcor are developing 5 units totalling 286,000 sq ft in JV with Peveril Securities. The scheme has been pre sold to Mirastar.
